Return Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 2 days of receiving your item. Only plants must be returned at the time of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, we will initiate a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
