Welcome to EkoVista by Foo Rio tech Agriculture with commercial registration number CN-2977805 e-commerce store. By using our online platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Article 3 - Nature of EkoVista's Commitment

  1. EkoVista commits to providing the service or product to the consumer.

  2. Additional services, such as after-sales support, may be offered depending on the nature of the product or service.

Article 4 - Use of EkoVista Platform

  1. Users must use the platform in accordance with public morals and UAE laws.

  2. Users must not use the services or products purchased from EkoVista in a manner that violates public morals or UAE laws, suspension or termination.

Article 5 - Electronic Communications

  1. Communication will be through the registered email, Mobile, whatsapp application on the platform.

  2. Users agree that electronic communications are equivalent to written communications.

  3. EkoVista may broadcast general or user-specific messages through the platform.

Article 6 - Amendments and Fees

  1. EkoVista will notify users of any amendments to this agreement via official communication channels.

  2. Continued use of the platform after amendments signifies acceptance of the changes.

  3. All fees are in UAE dirhams, and users must pay any applicable fees or taxes.

  4. EkoVista reserves the right to modify or impose fees for services or products.

  5. EkoVista may add or change fees as per this agreement's terms.

Article 7 - Payment Services

  1. Payments can be made through available methods on EkoVista's platform.

  2. EkoVista sets prices in accordance with market value.

  3. EkoVista provides receipts for all transactions.

  4. EkoVista ensures accounting practices comply with legal and economic standards.

Article 8 - Personal Information

  1. Users grant EkoVista a global, irrevocable license to use any information provided for platform operations.

  2. EkoVista adheres to its "Privacy Policy" for handling personal information.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

  1. EkoVista owns all intellectual property rights related to the platform.

  2. Users must respect EkoVista's intellectual property, including trademarks and other identifiers.

Article 10 - EkoVista's Responsibility

  1. EkoVista operates in compliance with UAE laws.

  2. EkoVista is not liable for claims arising from errors or negligence, either directly or indirectly.

  1. Consumers can return products within 48 hours of receipt, subject to product condition and non-usage.

Article 15 - General Provisions

  3. Prices and promotional offers may change.

  4. Parties must comply with relevant laws and regulations.

  5. This agreement remains in effect until terminated by EkoVista.
